Olin is the architect of the Company’s operating model, strategy and organization. He is responsible for overseeing the brand portfolio as it exists today, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow market share and expand reach. As a seasoned operator with a proven track record of exceptional financial performance, Olin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience acquired over 30 years in the apparel industry to building brands and businesses.
Jean Lewis
Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO, Jean leads and oversees the Company’s financial and accounting functions. With over 20 years in the apparel industry, Jean’s experience includes Elite Sportswear, Alex Apparel Group and Hartstrings, LLC. Jean is a well-rounded executive who has held leadership positions across financial planning, finance, treasury tax, operations, fulfillment/distribution, human resources, facilities management, and information technology. Jean began her career as an auditor with PwC.
Rosemary Mancino
President
Rosemary is responsible for overseeing the company’s product strategy and managing partner relationships to drive Meridian’s growth initiatives. Rosemary’s initial career experience exposed her to foundational retail merchandising responsibilities, then transitioned to leadership roles with Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Jones NY and other significant brands across the Women’s apparel landscape. Supporting Rosemary’s strong career record are the myriad people she has mentored as a certified professional coach. Rosemary’s respect in the industry is exemplary of her impact on people and building strong partnerships.
Matt J. Bruderman
Vice Chairman of the Board
As Vice Chairman of the Board, Matt works closely with CEO Olin Lancaster to help guide the vision of Meridian Brands. Matthew J. Bruderman brings more than 30 years of experience leading his family’s multi-generational financial services business, which includes a registered broker dealer, a registered investment advisor, and an insurance agency, and as Chairman of Sandy Hill Investors, his family’s merchant banking division that owns businesses in healthcare, consumer products, media, entertainment, and real estate.
Carolyn Galiette
Board Member
As a founding partner of Ironwood Capital, Carolyn manages execution of the firm’s investment strategy, underwriting process and portfolio management, as well as investor reporting and engagement. She also chairs the firm’s investment committees.
Jim Barra
Board Member
With Ironwood Capital since 1996, Jim is responsible for firm management, investment execution and portfolio management for the firm’s funds. He is a member of Ironwood’s investment committees and represents Ironwood on the boards of several portfolio companies.
